MZPlay Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and MZPlay ("Platform", "we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the MZPlay platform at mzplay.click, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the MZPlay platform. Continued use of the platform after being notified of any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the MZPlay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual lawfully present in Malaysia.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Never previously restricted, suspended, or banned from using the MZPlay platform.
• Not registering on behalf of or in the name of another individual, or using another person's information.
• Not acting as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party in placing bets.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only at MZPlay. This prohibition includes the use of different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IC numbers, bank accounts, or IP addresses to create additional accounts.

During registration and when requested by MZPlay, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification card.
• A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• An active, reachable email address.
• Payment method details (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure. MZPlay will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Mzplay supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• MZPlay does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name. mzplay reserves the right to reject or freeze deposits originating from third-party sources.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact mzplay customer support with proof of the transaction.
• Mzplay reserves the right to reject deposits from sources that cannot be verified or are suspected of being linked to illegal activity.

5Fund Withdrawal

MZPlay strives to process all withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the player's MZPlay account.

• The first withdrawal from a new account requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• MZPlay reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 per day.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to money laundering will be suspended pending the completion of an investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

MZPlay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members' loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, and those terms form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Each deposit bonus typically carries a wagering requirement of 20x–40x the bonus value before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days) will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Prohibition on Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or colluding with other players — is a serious violation.
• MZPlay's Rights: MZPlay reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, void related winnings, or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MZPlay platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules for each game type (football, sports, Live Casino, slots, blackjack, e-sports) outlined in their respective help sections.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the mzplay system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after a match or round has begun.
• Mzplay reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, broadcast issue, or exceptional circumstances that affect the integrity of a match or game.
• Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes through the use of automated software (bots), match fixing syndicates, or other fraudulent methods constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action.
• Bets on football matches — including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, and other international leagues — are subject to additional rules found in the Football section of the platform.
• For e-sports betting (Dota 2, Mobile Legends, CS2, Valorant), any match that is cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of kick-off will result in the bet amount being refunded to the player.
• MZPlay uses real-time odds verification technology. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by MZPlay.

8Responsible Gaming

MZPlay firmly believes that gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a means to resolve financial difficulties or generate a steady income. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment.

The mzplay platform provides the following responsible gaming tools for all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Cap your maximum loss amount over a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a session time limit to prevent yourself from playing for too long.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Activate a break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months. All promotional notifications will be stopped.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently if you need more serious assistance.

9Restrictions, Suspension & Account Closure

MZPlay reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Owning or operating more than one account.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that exploit the platform.
• Rude behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other players.
• Upon request by a lawful legal authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mzplay reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, if the breach is proven.

10Liability Limitations & Disclaimer

MZPlay provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

• MZPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Mzplay is not liable for third-party technical issues such as internet disruptions, user device problems, or e-wallet provider failures.
• Any claim against MZPlay must be filed within 90 days of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
• MZPlay's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Terms Amendments & Governing Law

MZPlay reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the mzplay platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
